Moving forward:

• Tribe is working on (positive) changes to their rewards mechanism and we will be redefining points and claimables once more to accomadate both tribe and MegaVolt. NOTE: New Tribe claims may not be filled as we work with them to make revisions


• Perk Shop is also working updates, thus we have pause perks and are working on fulfillment.

It is our goal to continue to provide rewards and other holder benefits as we navigate a rough transitional period within the industry. Updates will come ASAP!

USER INTERFACE

• All unnecessary/inactive channels have been archived


• The Casino category has been archived


• BLOVE's stage has been removed


• The Boardwalk and Sup Lounge have been consolidated together


• #🤑・check-balance has been moved to The Boardwalk


• #🐳・whale-watch has been added as a whale only channel

ROLES/PERMISSIONS

• All unnecessary roles have been purged from the server


• Permissions have been tightened across the board to mitigate security threats


• ONLY verified asset roles may communicate in channels


• All other roles are "ghost roles" for identification


• #🔔・react-roles has been updated for opt-in roles

NEW ARRIVALS

• Due to an excess in new arrivals causing trouble or attempting to scam, we have added a #・window-shop room.


• These new arrivals will be screened by @Founders @Team @The Muscle and @Whale Ducks to ensure their intentions are pure. This avoids the dilemma of unverified folks causing issues within chats.


• Should new arrivals pass screening, they will be given the @Window Shopper role, and thus be able to type in #🐥・sup

Hey folks 👋

It appears that there has been some confusion surrounding the cutoff time for late entries.

Once the battle starts there will be a 1 week period for users to enter the battle "late":

• The Join/Entry Fee will be increased from .01 --> .03


• All purchasable armor values will stay the same price (it's hard-coded into the contract)


• Everything is still added into the total ETH Pot

This mechanic allows us to make sure we extend the experience to as many people who want to play as possible, giving folks plenty of time to join the fun. The increased entry fee adjusts for the increase in odds for late entries. Pick your path wisely!

• Tribe redemption has been adjusted to accommodate an IRL valuation of prizes.

We believe this model helps to align with folks who have graciously blessed our community with dope content and creativity, while providing a more accurate chain of redemption for folks to strive toward.
